Do you guarantee the authenticity of your items?
Rest assured, all our items undergo thorough inspection by our in-house experts, and we do not offer any fake products.
How do you determine the condition of the item?
We determine the condition of each item by stating either 'new' or 'used' in the description.
For 'used' items, this could mean they have been worn once or extensively.
Do you trade?
As our motto says - Buy, sell, and trade - trading is one of the services we proudly offer.
However, it's not standard, and we can only discuss this option in-store if it's an interesting deal for both parties.
Shipping & Delivery
- We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Fees & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping is available for orders above £100 within the UK.
- International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.
Order Processing & Changes
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed and shipped.
- If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- Sam’s Loft reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or fraud suspicion.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition with tags.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days] upon approval.
